1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

- Tags must be attached
- Items must be in original condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Cost

4. Lost, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order is lost in transit, or if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date or delivery date and provide:

- Photos of the item (if applicable)
- Description of the issue
Once confirmed, customers may choose between:
- A free replacement
- A full refund
Shipping costs related to approved replacement shipments or returns for defective or incorrect items are covered by Calvene Mode.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving and approving the returned item
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
